In addition to conventional press tools, we also offer molds for both the transfer molding process (TM) and the injection transfer molding process (ITM).

We manufacture rubber injection molds with cold runners or cold runners with needle valve (pneumatic, hydraulic and electric).

Rubber molds: cold runner technology
We manufacture cold runners for rubber materials in all variants, for example: with
- Open nozzles
- Needle gate nozzles (pneumatic, hydraulic and electric)
- Tempered nozzle components
- Runner systems (drilled, divided in the parting plane, pipe systems)
