Programming
The central machine programming includes 6 workstations and is equipped with the 3D software Tebis and Mastercam.
The workstations are networked with the CNC machines in the shop floor via a central server.
Production
We manufacture your molds and tools on modern machines that are connected to the central machine programming via a network. In this way and in combination with our qualified employees, we achieve maximum flexibility.
A modern ERP system is used for precise scheduling and tracking, so that every detail of mold can be recorded and tracked at any time according to the production status and deadline. This gives us the security to ensure that deadlines are met.
Sampling
All tools can be sampled according to customer specifications. A 2K injection molding machine with 1300 tons is available for this.
